Return Window

You have 7 calendar days from receipt of your order to initiate a return request.

Return Eligibility

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unused, in original condition

  • Returned in original packaging

  • Include all original components/accessories

Initiating a Return

  • Your Name

  • Order Number

We will review and respond promptly with return instructions.

Return Shipping

Cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after receipt.

  • Time for funds to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

Exceptions

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days; requests beyond this window will not be accepted.

  • Returned items must be in original, resalable condition; any sign of use may result in return refusal.
